Liis Peetermann is a designer with over fifteen years of experience in creating brands and building products.
Liis is passionate about targeted design that evokes emotions. She values empathy above all and brings it into her daily creative work. She has previously co-founded three startups and has worked across the design spectrum from creating brands to shipping products.
The more independent and reusable the final brand materials are, the better. The final design system is a result of a purpose-driven strategic work. The simplicity, elegance, and fun of applying the created materials by anyone in the team is always the goal.

In her past endeavours, Liis led the design of the brand and product in a fast-growing healthtech startup Koneksa Health with big pharma as paying customers
She co-founded a company of 30+ people, led the product pivot and company-wide rebrand at Salto
She co-designed a 500-person tech hub LIFT99 from concept to execution in under a year
Liis works closely with different teams, and occasionally brings in creative professionals from her personal network. She collaborates with experts across the fields of brand strategy, marketing, web and app development to deliver tailored solutions to each brand’s need.
